Who we are

Relisto is operated by the publisher named in the Legal notice. Contact: support@getrelisto.com.

What stays on your computer

Everything about your Vinted account and items is stored only in your browser (IndexedDB and chrome.storage.local), on your device:

• backups of your listings (text fields and full-resolution photos) that you or the extension create before a relist;
• the relist history and its state (old to new listing ids, prices, errors);
• your rules and schedules, settings, and a technical log;
• view and favourite counts recorded at relist time and 24 h / 72 h later, used for statistics.

The extension works through your existing logged-in Vinted session. It never asks for, reads or stores your Vinted password, and doesn’t send your session to anyone.

Backups leave your computer only if you export a ZIP file, which is saved to your own Downloads folder.

What is sent to our server

Only what is needed for licensing goes to our licence server (a Cloudflare Worker we operate):

• a random installation id generated by the extension, to run the free trial and link a purchase to your install;
• a pseudonymised hash (SHA-256) of your Vinted account id, so the free trial can’t be restarted by reinstalling. We never receive or store the id itself, and only use the hash to look up the trial start date;
• your licence key, if you have one, to check that your lifetime licence is valid.

The server stores only: the trial start date per installation id and per account hash, the licence id (hashed key), and the e-mail address provided by our payment provider. No listing data (no items, photos, titles, prices, usernames or readable account ids) is ever sent to our server.

The extension also asks the server for a small configuration flag so we can pause relisting for everyone if Vinted changes something (no data is sent with this request).

Payments

Payments (one-time) are handled by Creem (merchant of record). They process your payment details and e-mail under their own privacy policy. We receive your e-mail address and licence status.

What we don’t do

• No analytics, tracking or advertising SDKs, and no third-party trackers.
• We don’t sell, rent or share data.
• We don’t access any website other than Vinted (to perform the actions you request), Vinted’s image servers (to back up your photos) and our licence server.

This website

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party trackers. It loads the current launch offer (price and seats) from our licence server; that request sends no personal data. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold (your e-mail address and licence status) by writing to support@getrelisto.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the extension deletes all locally stored data. To delete server-side licence and usage records, contact us at support@getrelisto.com.

Relisto is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Vinted. Vinted’s terms restrict automated use of the platform; you are responsible for how you use the extension with your account.
