1. Who we are

Relisto ("the Software") is provided by the publisher named in the Legal notice ("we"). Contact: support@getrelisto.com.

2. What Relisto is

A Google Chrome extension that helps Vinted sellers relist their own items, manually or on a schedule, from their own browser. Relisto is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Vinted.

3. Free trial

New users get a 7-day free trial with limits: 10 manual relists per day, and 5 schedule runs of up to 10 listings each. After the trial, relisting and schedules are locked. Backups, ZIP export and restore remain available.

4. Lifetime licence

• A lifetime licence is a one-time purchase that gives access to Relisto’s paid features for as long as Relisto is offered, including all future updates.
• Each licence is for one Vinted account and may be used on any number of the buyer’s own computers.
• The buyer can move the licence to another Vinted account once every 30 days.
• Licences are personal and may not be resold or shared.

5. Launch offer

• Lifetime licences are sold during the launch in 3 waves of 30 licences at €19.99, €29.99 and €39.99 (VAT included).
• The offer ends 8 weeks after 29 Oct 2026 or after 90 sales, whichever comes first.
• The price shown at checkout is the price you pay.

6. Payment

Payments are processed by Creem, which acts as merchant of record and is responsible for payment processing, VAT and receipts. Creem’s own terms apply to the payment.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy: a 14-day money-back guarantee. A refunded licence is deactivated.

8. Acceptable use and your responsibility

• You use Relisto only with Vinted accounts you own or are authorised to manage, and in line with the law.
• Vinted’s terms restrict automated use of its platform. You are responsible for how you use Relisto with your account, including the volumes and settings you choose.
• Relisto includes pacing and stops when Vinted asks for a verification, but we can’t guarantee that Vinted won’t limit or suspend an account.

9. Availability and changes

• Relisto depends on Vinted’s website, which can change without notice. We’ll make reasonable efforts to keep Relisto working, and may pause relisting temporarily while we adapt it.
• We may update the Software and these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.

10. Your data

Your listings and history stay in your browser. See the Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

• Relisto is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, or actions taken by Vinted on your account.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your licence.
• Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the law of your country.

12. Termination

We may deactivate a licence that is refunded, charged back, shared or used in breach of these terms.

13. Law

These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
