How refunds are paid
Refunds are made by Creem, our merchant of record, to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
What happens to the licence
A refunded licence is deactivated. Your local backups stay on your computer.
After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are final, except where the law gives you more rights.
