Frequently asked questions
Everything about how Relisto relists, what it stores, what it costs and what happens when Vinted asks for a verification.
How does Relisto relist an item?
It backs up the listing (photos and every field) on your computer and checks the backup, creates the new listing from it, waits until Vinted has finished processing it and checks it is online, and only then removes the old one. If anything fails, the old listing stays untouched.
Do I need to give my Vinted password?
No, never. Relisto uses your existing Vinted login in Chrome. It doesn't ask for or store your password.
What's included in the free trial?
7 days, with 10 manual relists a day and 5 schedule runs of up to 10 listings each. A run that relists nothing doesn't count. No card needed. After the trial, relisting and schedules are locked, but your backups, ZIP export and restore stay available.
What does "lifetime" mean?
You pay once and keep Relisto Pro for as long as Relisto exists, with all future updates, for one Vinted account. No subscription.
Does my computer need to be on?
Yes. Relisto runs in your browser, so Chrome must be open for schedules to run (Vinted doesn't need to be open). If Chrome was closed during a schedule, the run catches up when you reopen it, within 2 hours by default.
Can I use it on several computers or Vinted accounts?
One licence works for one Vinted account, on all your computers. You can move it to another Vinted account yourself once every 30 days, from the Account page.
How do I buy, and when does Pro unlock?
Install the extension, open its Account page and click "Get lifetime access". After payment, Pro unlocks automatically within about a minute. Your licence key is also emailed to you. On another computer, enter the key on the Account page.
Is it safe for my Vinted account?
Relisto is built to be careful: random pauses between relists, a daily cap, no relisting the same item twice within 24 hours, and a full stop if Vinted asks for a verification, which it never tries to bypass. But Vinted's terms restrict automated use, and no tool can promise zero risk. Use reasonable volumes; you're responsible for your account.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If Relisto doesn’t work for you, email support@getrelisto.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. See the refund policy.
Which browsers and devices does it work on?
Google Chrome on a computer (Windows, Mac, Linux or ChromeOS). It doesn't work on phones or tablets.
Is Relisto made by Vinted?
No. Relisto is an independent tool, not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Vinted.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
Everything is stored in your browser, so uninstalling deletes it. Export a ZIP backup first if you want to keep your saved listings.
Can it raise prices, not only lower them?
Yes. In each schedule rule you choose: lower the price (by % or a fixed amount, never below your minimum), raise it (never above your maximum), or keep it the same. The rule's preview shows every item's old and new price before you save.
Why do I sometimes see "Vinted is processing the new listing"? Will I get duplicates?
Vinted processes every new listing for a moment before it goes live (usually under a minute). Relisto waits for that, up to 15 minutes, and removes the old listing only once the new one is online. So for that short time both exist. If you prefer never to have two copies online, a setting deletes the old listing first; your backup still comes first and you can restore in one click if Vinted rejects the new one.
What happens right after I install it?
A welcome page opens with three steps: pin Relisto to your toolbar, open Vinted, and relist a first item. In the dashboard, a "Get started" checklist ticks itself as you go, and during the trial a bar at the top shows the days left and your remaining relists for the day.
